Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer questions and take steps you request before a possible contract. We rely on legitimate interests to handle general correspondence, operate and secure the website, and prevent misuse, while taking account of your rights. We also process information where needed to comply with legal obligations. We do not use enquiry details for an automatic marketing subscription.
Providers and sharing
Our website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Business email is handled through Google Workspace. These providers and authorised staff may process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities when necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.
Location and retention
Service providers may process information outside the UK under their published data-protection terms. Contact us for information about the providers, processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards. We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the matter and any related complaint or legal obligation. Security information is retained according to the hosting provider’s settings; owner-access records are kept while needed for store administration. We review information and delete it when no longer necessary.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the details above; we may need to confirm your identity. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Children and automated decisions
This shop is aimed at adult purchasers. We do not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information. Please contact us if a child’s information has been sent to us. We do not use the storefront to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Updates
We will revise this notice if we introduce checkout, marketing or other uses of personal information. See our Cookies Policy for browser storage.
